Confidentiality
Confidentiality of client data is something we consider to be on of our highest priorities. All training, licences and agreements contain stipulations and standards designed to enforce confidentiality and privacy of clients from the very beginning of association.
Transfer of Data
All Licence Holders are required to transfer the data to the central PROBE
data bases. Our software is designed to remove all explicit references
to client identities during the transfer process. As such only Licence
Holders and the benchmark study facilitator retain explicit knowledge
of a client.
Quality Assurance
All Licence Holders during licence renewal must past quality assurance
audits. Our quality assurance audits include ensuring integrity has been
maintained with the confidentiality of client data.
