PROBE for Leadership and People
PROBE for Leadership and People Management, also known as "HEADSTART",
is a PROBE Best Practice Benchmarking service which allows comparison of
your organisation's overall competitive positioning on leadership and people
management with benchmarks from within your own sector and across the economy
as a whole.
It identifies the areas where there is the greatest performance gap between your
organisation and the average across a spectrum of leadership and people management
issues. This will help you prioritise the areas for improvement and potentially
achieve better overall performance.
PROBE for Leadership and People Management provides a mechanism to reinforce
the positive behaviours and outcomes that are supporting your organisation and,
where appropriate, facilitate best practice transfer.

The analysis focuses on four critical factors for world-class people management:

To help maximise the benefit from the benchmark exercise, the service extends to a results feedback session with the organisational sponsor and a team action planning day.
